Jack earned his Eagle in 1963.  He was continually active in Scouting from Cub Scouts until his 18th birthday. 

Jack earned the God & Country Award. Jack is believed to be the only scout to receive the Medal of Heroism for administering emergency first-aid in saving the life of an accident victim.
